Ingredients

cup
of extra virgin olive oil

tablespoons
of apple cider vinegar

teaspoons
of maple sugar

tablespoon
of poppy seeds
1/2
teaspoon
of salt

pound
of brussels sprouts
shredded
pomegranate arils from 1 pomegranate

oz
of feta cheese
crumbled
Instructions
Whisk the first five ingredients together until emulsified.
Toss together with sprouts, arils and cheese.
